New dance workout: TRIPLE DANCE
In January 2012 I’m introducing a whole new dance workout, called ‘Triple Dance’. In line with the popularity of Zumba, Sh’Bam, Bodyjam and more, it’s time for something new. This dance class will be even more about dancing and the fun of it. Everyone has heard about the ‘running high’, a state of flow when running for a while, that gives you an amazing feeling. This class is all about the ‘dancing high’, a state of flow when dancing intensely for a while, that gives you an amazing feeling!
Instead of many repetitive moves and songs in one class, we’ll be dancing one or two longer choreographies in one or two dance styles per class. Every 4 weeks you’ll learn new choreographies. I’ld like you to dance different styles: HiLo Aerobics, Gogo Dance, House Dance, Hiphop & Streetdance, Jazz Routine, Jazz Dance, Belly Dance, Latin Routine, Afrodance, Dubstep and much more.
